In 2007, more than half of our employees participated in a company WellFair, and a third took advantage of the ChooseWell incentive ChooseWell incentive by completing an online health risk assessment.

To encourage employees to pursue a healthy lifestyle, the Choose2Act incentive has been introduced. In addition to the ChooseWell incentive in which an employee receives $75 for attending a company WellFair and completing an online health risk assessment, employees are eligible for an additional $75 for taking specific steps to create or maintain a healthy lifestyle. You are also entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of three $1,000 awards.

This new incentive complements our wellness program's strong slate of benefits — fitness and weight-loss incentives, smoking cessation programs, free flu shots and mammograms — and other resources available to help you attain your health goals.
