BillMail is ideal for customers looking to reduce the amount of paper they receive through the mail. Once you enroll, we will send your monthly KU or ODP bill to you via e-mail rather than regular mail.

To sign up for BillMail, you will need:

• Your KU or ODP account number
• An active e-mail address
• You will need your KU/ODP meter number (including the letter at the beginning).
  For example, enter L123456.*

If you choose to pay your bill electronically once you have signed up for KU BillMail, you will need:

• Your bank account and routing number

When you enroll, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. You will need to activate your account. Click the link within the body of the e-mail to activate your account. Once activated, we will start sending your bill via e-mail. Please contact us if you do not receive this confirmation e-mail.
