The Merchant Functions for Louisville Gas and Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company (the regulated electric wholesale merchant function) and LG&E Energy Marketing Inc. (the unregulated electric wholesale merchant function), both Marketing and Energy Affiliates of the Transmission Provider, are located in the same building at 220 West Main Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40202. Access to their respective work areas is controlled by electronic key cards.

With respect to the Transmission Function, the Director Transmission currently maintains his office at 220 West Main Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40202. Certain of his direct reports are also located there from time-to-time as their work requires. These direct reports include the Manager Transmission Protection & Substations, Manager Transmission Strategy & Planning, Manager Transmission System Control Centers, Manager Transmission Line Services, and Manager Transmission Reliability & Compliance. From time-to-time certain employees, e.g., Team Leaders, Group Leaders, Principal Engineers, etc., who report to these Managers, may also work here. Access to the work area for these Transmission Function employees is controlled by electronic key cards.
