LOUISVILLE, Ky. — As preparations continue for the new downtown arena, all lanes of Third Street, between River Road and Washington Street, will be closed between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. each day beginning tomorrow, April 4, and continuing through Sunday, April 6.

Additionally, Second Street, between Witherspoon Street and River Road, will reopen to traffic this evening.
