A/C Testing and Tune-Up Program Details

Step 1: A/C Testing Inspection

Our A/C Testing service can determine where your cooling system needs improvement. Our technician can identify common problems that, once repaired, can help your system run more efficiently.

HVAC systems with 1) air-restricted indoor and outdoor coils; and/or 2) refrigerant levels that are over- or under-charged qualify for corrective action in the form of an A/C Tune-Up.

Step 2: A/C Tune-Up

Upon completion of a diagnostic inspection on your HVAC system, our technician will notify you if he/she identifies: 1) air-restricted indoor and outdoor coils and/or 2) refrigerant levels that are over- or under-charged. These problems can be corrected through an A/C Tune-Up. When someone says "tune-up," you probably think of taking your car to the mechanic. Just like your car, your heating and cooling — or HVAC — system needs periodic tune ups. A tune-up not only extends the life of your HVAC system, but it can help it run more efficiently. If our technician informs you that your system needs a tune-up, you will receive a list of qualified dealers who participate in our Dealer Referral Network. The network consists of dealers who meet our criteria and offer a customer discount for A/C Tune-Up services.

Am I eligible?

Our A/C Testing and Tune-Up Program is designed for residential and small commercial customers (averaging two HVAC systems) with central air conditioning or heat pump systems. Your HVAC system must be operational in order to be eligible for our A/C Testing and Tune-Up Program. Non-operational HVAC systems do not qualify.
