Home Utility Gift (HUG) certificates are especially ideal for families in need, senior citizens, and young people just starting out on their own. Many customers also have purchased HUGs for non-profit and social service organizations to help them manage routine expenses throughout the year.

The certificates are available during normal business hours at any of our customer service walk-in centers. LG&E customers can visit the center at 820 West Broadway in Louisville. KU and ODP customers can visit the nearest customer service walk-in center. In order to credit the proper account, customers should be prepared to provide the service address of the HUG recipient.
