2007 Corporate Responsibility Report

On May 8, E.ON's CEO, Dr. Wulf H. Bernotat, announced the publication of E.ON's 2007 Corporate Responsibility Report during a press conference in Berlin, Germany. The report, entitled, "Part of the Problem or Part of the Solution? Addressing our Energy Challenges," is E.ON's fourth published corporate responsibility report.

In the report, Dr. Bernotat and Christoph Danzer-Vanotti, member of E.ON's Board of Management, provide an open letter to readers reinforcing E.ON's goal of reducing the company's carbon emissions by a significant level by 2030.

The report presents the objectives, strategies, and achievements of the company's corporate responsibility initiatives, which continue to actively foster an energy policy dialogue, identify areas where progress has been made, and help find common ground where solutions to the company's most pressing energy issues can be found.
